                 Welcome to HousesbyScott.com!  Are you in the market for a house?  Well if you are, you have come to the right place.  Buying a home couldn’t get any easier.  Here you can take care of many of the steps without the hassle of meeting someone...At least, not yet.  You can start by using the mortgage calculator on the left hand side of this page.  This will give you a pretty good idea of how much your monthly payments will be based on the price range you are looking for.

             Once you have figured out your price range, click on the “Find A Home” button on the top of the page.  This will let you search for exactly what your looking for and give you an idea of what you can get for your money.  All you have to do is write down or print the houses you might be interested in and we’ll go take a look.  I am always just a phone call or an email away so don’t be shy if you have any questions.

             After you find your dream home click on the “Get A Loan” button.  That is where you can get some general information and contact some of many reputable loan officers that we work with.  Remember it’s always best to shop your loan so you get the best possible deal.  We will also be happy to give an honest opinion or some basic advise on the details of your loan.

             If it’s time for you to move, don’t be alarmed!  Just click the “Moving” button and you’ll find all the help you need.  I have personally helped many clients find the resources they need to make the hardest part of buying a home come and go with ease.
